Board Repair Services
Vesta Technology’s skilled team of engineers offer board repair services for all Vesta Tech boards, standard or custom. A full description of the product will be needed. Also, be prepared to describe the symptom you are experiencing in detail. All repair work requires a RMA (return material authorization) before sending your board to VT.
In Warranty – All Vesta boards have an automatic one- year warranty from date of purchase. Free repair and/or replacement are offered for systems that have been used within stated operating parameters.
Out-of-Warranty – Hourly rates apply. Contact Vesta Technology regarding current rates for service on out-of-warranty boards. Also, contact Vesta Technology if your board is not covered by warranty due to it having been subjected to abuse, lightning strikes, etc. For example, a 12 volt board used on a 120 volt AC system will not be covered by warranty.
